The Development & Planning department will work with you to create the most cost effective incentive package to enable you to prosper in Bridgeton - incentives include:

  • Subordinate, low interest (5.0%) financing for acquisition, rehabilitation and infrastructure.
  • UEZ retail businesses charge 3.5% sales tax for most sales
  • Sales tax exemptions for qualified purchases
