As the lead business agency within the city, the Office of Development
& Planning is very dedicated to acting as your business ambassador
to our city. It is our goal to be part of your success.

- Subordinate, low interest (5.0%) financing for acquisition, rehabilitation and infrastructure.
- UEZ retail businesses charge 3.5% sales tax for most sales
- Sales tax exemptions for qualified purchases
