Who is Responsible for the Master Plan?
The Planning Board is responsible to
make, adopt, and amend the Master Plan
[§370-91.F(1)(a)]. New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law requires that the
"...governing body shall, at least every six years, provide for a general
reexamination of its master plan and development regulations..."
[40:55D-89].
Bridgeton's Master Plan
Bridgeton's Master Plan was initially
prepared in October 1976, amended in July 1980, and reexamined in July 1982.
Copies of the Master Plan are available
from the City Clerk
(copying fee charges apply), or it may be examined in the Clerk's Office at
no charge.
At the Board's October 25, 2006 meeting,
