Residential General Taxes

The Tax Collector is responsible for billing and collecting all city property taxes, municipal water & sewer fees, and trash collection charges. Other services available at the tax collectors office are dog licenses, applications for water turn off, and change of mailing address. For your convenience, you may pay these charges using our drive-thru service window.  Payment may also be made online, over the phone or by using the drop box located on the front step of City Hall Annex..

Note: Senior & Veteran rates/credits must be applied for and are granted based on eligibility requirements pursuant to NJSA §54:4-8.40 et. seq. (Please contact the Tax Office for further details.)
