To strengthen the capacity of the youth and residents of the City of Bridgeton to create and maintain safe, healthy and drug free lifestyles as an expected and accepted norm through offering:

A continuum of high quality prevention programs, cultural and social experiences

Intervention and treatment referral services

Developing relationships with appropriate partners to advocate positive individual, environmental and community change together.
